A few bars made the list from Philly and while I have only been to Standard Tap, the others are supposedly very good.

Within the article, there links to 6 different lists (5 of which) where Philadelphia ranks in the bottom two. Me thinks someone at Travel and Leisure really does not like Philadelphia.
