I’m not sure what franbran was getting at exactly, but Philly is easily the dirtiest team in the NHL so far this season. 5 suspensions for overly violent hits is fucking pathetic (only one hit was questionable while 4 were deliberate). It’s even more sad when the league is forced to monitor the club like a babysitter watching a retarded kid.

I enjoy the general brutality of hockey but, a line should be drawn (which the NHL has) when a deliberate hit could cause permanent and/or serious injury to the opponent.
