Broke and cant fix it. They just keep making all of us pay for that shit hole! Also look at the public schools. When uncle Eddie was mayor he single handedly bankrupted the whole thing. Him and his special interests like Comcast and Septa fucked that up. Then you got career politician Street. Their is a guy who can not master the english language and the welfare having assholes elected him? Paul, you are right.
